About LMC

LMC photo began while I was living in Cleveland, Ohio, and making my way into the world of photographing weddings, events, and anything else I could get my hands (er, lens?) on.

I’m currently living in Atlanta, Georgia and am looking to find my way into the bustling world of wedding photography. But I also love to photograph everything from schools and summer camps, to sports games, concerts, dance, and theatrical performances. I grew up the daughter of a photography teacher, and have seen the world through a camera since I was a kid.

I have a much larger website–lmcphoto.smugmug.com–which was created primarily as a way to share galleries with current clients–but there’s a little bit of everything from my past and present work for friends, family, and prospective clients to enjoy.

I maintain this blog as a way to share my ongoing work (and occasionally, past photos that I never got the chance to share!)–and to ramble a bit about life and photography.

Thanks for taking a look–hope to hear from you soon!

  1. Hi Lily, I was browsing and looking for a freelance photographer, and came cross your blog and pictures. They are gorgeous. I noticed that you do sporting events, and portraits, but i noticed that you do not have any wedding photos. We are looking for a photographer to do our wedding in 2012. We do not want to go with a big name company and want to go with someone who truly loves photography. So what we are wondering is if you would do wedding photography, and if so what would your price range be. We really like the work on your blog and would love to know if you might be interested. Thank you for your time,

    Meg and Robb

    • Hi!

I’m so glad you found my blog! I do only have a little bit of wedding photography experience, but I would love more, and I would definitely be interested in talking about photographing your wedding. I can figure out a price range to give you this week–I’ll probably send it to your e-mail address though if that’s ok–mine is lily.moorecoll@gmail.com

Thanks for getting in touch, and I hope to talk to you soon!

  2. […] People will tell you anything for an egg roll these days.Anyway, when it comes to my sister-in-law, Lily, no egg rolls are needed.   She just tells me things–like her recipe for Russian tea […]
