This photo reminds me of a series I took a few years ago: http://www.flickr.com/photos/48825088@N00/2991226984/
Funny when you find themes like that in your work. Leaves in a lake? I can go with that!
Next up: a few from the Apple Butter festival in Burton, OH. I love Ohio in the fall…
Fall *might* be my favorite time to take photos. I mean, not that I don’t love the other seasons. But fall? I want to be outside taking pictures every day. Every one.
This is one of a few I took recently down at the nearby park/lake. I’ve instagrammed a few of them too… But I’ll try to throw them up here soon, because you all deserve to see them too!
We got the chance to go down to Kenyon this past weekend (after watching “Noises Off” at Otterbein, which was awesome)–and there was no way I could resist taking at least a few photos of the fall foliage.
We were only there for a few hours, but it’s always worth stopping by to walk down Middle Path. Say hi to the Bolton. And eat breakfast at the deli. And take pictures of course.
I mean, it’s Kenyon!
How awesome was this backdrop?
I’m still working on editing these photos–striking the right balance of silhouette and sky exposure etc… is quite the challenge!
But it’s rewarding, and they are lovely, and hopefully I’ll be able to cut myself off from the editing soon…
